Very Pretty, Original, Art Deco Period gold on base metal (double) necklace. It is set with two baroque slipper pearls and green paste stones.
This very well made piece came from the factory of Andreas Daub (it is stamped on the jump ring) a company originating in Pforzheim, an area of Germany that was famous for Jewellery and had hundreds of factories.
Companies in this area included the likes of Theodor Fahrner and Levinger & Bissinger who produced fantastic pieces that gave them export success all over Europe at the turn of the century and up to the second world war.
Andreas Daub is still manufacturing jewellery today.
