2c. Please be aware that the items offered for sale on this website are also on sale in other locations, therefore, they may be have been sold before we update the website.
2d. Please be absolutely sure you wish to purchase an item before you commit to buy it. If you fail to contact us with payment details by the agreed date, the item will no longer be reserved for you and will be offered to other potential clients.

3. Shipping & Handling
3a. We offer a free delivery and shipping service on all orders.
3b. A purchase will be shipped within 1 business days of receipt of payment. Items will not be shipped to a postal box address.
3c. All items are sent at the risk of the Ruby & Jules.
3d. Items will be sent out as soon as your money has been cleared.
4. Returns
We will accept returned goods for a refund if you:
4a. Contact us to let us know of your intention to return the item within 7 days of receipt and then return within 7 days of that contact via a secure, tracked and insured service to arrive within 14 working days.
4b. Return items in the same condition as they were received by you - damaged, broken or altered items will not be accepted for a refund.
5. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy and will never give your details out to any third party without your expressly asking us to do so. All transactions are strictly confidential and we will not have access to your credit card details. All online transactions will be made through our online partners, Stripe & Paypal. 6e. All Weights & Measures are Approximate. Unless otherwise stated, any dimensions and estimated weights of gemstones in this description have been determined without un-setting the stones and are, therefore, to be considered only as a probable because of limitations imposed by the mount.
